The long-term (LTR) visa is a 10-year visa that attracts to incentivize wealthy & skilled foreign to relocate intelligence to Thailand to boost economic development. The visa provides tax and non-tax benefits, including access to healthcare, education, and the ability to open bank accounts in Thailand.
泰國長期居留簽證(LTR) 是一種為期 10 年的簽證，旨在激勵富有和技術熟練的外國人移居泰國以促進經濟發展。簽證提供稅收和非稅收優惠，包括獲得醫療保健、教育和開設銀行帳戶的能力。
In order to obtain LTR visa in Thailand, the handling fee for a 10-year visa with multiple entries is THB50,000 per person. On the other hand, to obtain a LTR visa at the Royal Thai Consulate Generals overseas, the Royal Thai Embassies or via E-visa, the handling fee may vary based on the currency exchange rate of each country.
在泰國獲得LTR簽證，10年多次入境簽證的手續費為每人50,000泰銖。另一方面，要在泰國皇家駐海外總領事館、泰國皇家大使館或通過電子簽證獲得 LTR 簽證，手續費可能會根據每個國家的貨幣匯率而有所不同。
This new visa program is expected to attract new foreign residents, technologies and talents contributing to domestic spending and investment while supporting economic growth. The Thai government has set the target of attracting one million wealthy or talented foreign residents into the country over the next five years.

LTR visa provides following benefits:

Ø 10 years of renewable visa permission to stay in Thailand. It will last for five years and can be extended for another five years after qualifications are met;

In addition, applicant should meet following qualifications:

A. Wealthy Global Citizens 全球富裕公民
Ø Assets worth at least USD1 million ;
至少擁有100萬美金資產;
Ø Annual personal income at least USD 80,000 for the past two years;
過去兩年個人收入最低為8萬美金/年;
Ø Minimum investment of USD500,000 in Thai government bonds, Thai property, foreign direct investment, or any combination.
投資至少50萬美金於泰國政府債券，外國直接投資、泰國房產或皆有。
B. Wealthy pensioners 富裕退休人士
Ø Annual personal income of at least USD 80,000 over the past two years;
過去兩年個人收入最低為8萬美金/年;
Ø Applicants with a personal income of less than USD 80,000 per year but no less than USD 40,000 per year must invest at least USD 250,000 in Thai property, Thai government bonds, foreign direct investment, or any combination.
若個人收入低於8萬美金/年，但大於4萬美金/年，則須投資至少25萬美
金於泰國政府債券、外國直接投資、泰國房產或皆有。
C. Work-from-Thai professionals 在泰工作專業人士
Ø Annual personal income of at least USD 80,000 over the past two years;
過去兩年個人收入最低為8萬美金/年;
Ø Applicants with a personal income of less than USD 80,000 per year but no less than USD 40,000 per year over the past two years must own intellectual property or have a Master’s degree or above or receive Series A funding;
若過去兩年個人收入低於8萬美金/年，但高於4萬美金/年，則申請人必須擁有智慧財產、碩士或以上學歷、或者獲得A輪融資;
Ø Current employer must be a Public company listed on stock exchange or a Private company that has been in operation for a minimum three years with a combined revenue of at least USD 150 million in the past three years;
就職於證券交易所上市的上市公司，或經營至少三年的私人公司，在過去三年內的總收入至少為1.5億美元;
Ø Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant fields of the current employment over the past 10 years.
過去10年中，在相關領域至少有5年工作經驗。
D. Highly-skilled professionals 高技能專業人士
Ø Applicants with a personal income of less than USD 80,000 per year;
過去兩年個人收入最低為8萬美金/年;
Ø Applicants with a personal income of less than USD 80,000 per year but no less than USD 40,000 per year over the past two years or before retirement must have a Master's degree or above in science and technology or special expertise relevant to the job assignment in Thailand;
若過去兩年或退休前個人收入低於8萬美金/年，但高於4萬美金/年，申請人必須擁有科學技術碩士或以上學歷，或者與在泰國的工作任務相關的特殊領域專業知識;
Ø No required minimum personal income for applicants who are intending to work in government higher educational institutions, research centers, specialized training centers or government agencies;
為政府高等教育機構、研究中心、專業培訓中心或政府機構工作的專業人員沒有最低個人收入要求;
Ø Business in any targeted industries;
就職於任何目標行業的企業;
Ø At least 5 years of experience in the targeted industries or have a PhD in relevant fields or work for a Thai government agency.
在目標行業有5年以上工作經驗，但在目標行業相關領域擁有博士或以上學歷。
LTR visa holder can bring up to 4 dependents, the spouse and children under 20 years. The dependents should meet the following requirement:
一位LTR簽證持有人可以讓四位受撫養人獲得相同簽證，配偶以及未滿20歲的小孩。受撫養人須符合以下規定:
Ø Medical insurance with at least USD50,000 coverage or at least USD25,000 deposit or social security benefits insuring treatment in Thailand;
涵蓋至少 50,000 美元的醫療保險或至少 25,000 美元的存款或社會保險福利以確保在泰國接受治療;
Ø Must be legally dependents (children and spouse).
