當雇主決定資遣員工,需確認與員工的勞雇契約,否則可能會成為不公平的資遣。有幾件重要事項:

A. 預先告知:依照《泰國民商法》及《泰國勞動保護法》,預先告知可口頭或書面表達

Advanced Notice: Based on Thai Civil and Commercial Act and Thai Labor Protection Act, an advanced notice can be verbal or in written.
