Thai Daily Minimum Wages has Increased泰國每日最低工資提高

On 1 July 2025, the Thai Cabinet approved and published a minimum daily wage increase to 400 baht (approx. USD12.35) per day for Bangkok and certain business types nationwide, which has been effective from the same day. This policy benefits an estimated 700,000 workers.
泰國內閣於2025年7月1日批准並公告將曼谷及全國部分企業類型的最低日工資提高至400泰銖(約12.35美元)，並於同日起生效。預計這項政策將惠及70萬名工人。
The daily minimum wage rate for Bangkok has been increased to THB 400 per day, while the minimum wage rates for other provinces remain unchanged from the rates that took effect on January 1, 2025. In addition, the daily minimum wage rates have also increased to THB 400 nationwide for type 2, type 3, and type 4 hotels under the Hotel Act, or hotels with 50 rooms or more, and for entertainment establishments under the Entertainment Place Act , such as karaoke bars, cocktail lounges, and similar venues.
此外，《泰國酒店法》規定的第 2 類、第 3 類和第 4 類旅館、或擁有 50 間或以上客房的酒店以及《娛樂場所法》規定的娛樂場所如卡拉 OK 酒吧、雞尾酒廊和類似場所的每日最低工資標準也已提高至 400 泰銖。

The new minimum wage rates supersede any lower wages agreed upon in existing employment contracts or conditions of employment that were effective before this announcement came into effect. Therefore, these employees must be paid their wages at the newly prescribed rate for work performed from 1 July 2025 onward.
新的最低工資標準將取代本公告生效前現有僱傭合約或僱用條件中約定的任何較低工資標準。因此，自2025年7月1日起，這些員工必須按照新規定的標準支付其所從事工作的工資。
