The Requirement of Thailand Digital Arrival Card泰國數位入境卡要求

The Immigration Bureau in Thailand has announced the launch of the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) to replace the paper-based arrival card, to improve entry procedure and immigration processing. TDAC is not a “visa” but an online arrival form used for entering Thailand. The policy is effective on 1 May 2025. Since then, all foreign nationals with any type of visa visiting Thailand in any possible way, will be required to complete the TDAC online prior to arrival. This regulation does not apply to individuals transiting or transferring through Thailand without passing through immigration control and foreigners entering Thailand using a Border Pass.
泰國移民局宣布推出泰國數位入境卡(TDAC)，取代紙本入境卡，改善出入境程序。TDAC 不是“簽證”，而是用於進入泰國的線上入境表格。此政策於 2025 年 5 月 1 日起生效。自此，所有持有任何類型簽證以任何方式進入泰國的外國公民都必須在抵達前線上填寫 TDAC。本規定不適用於未經過移民檢查的過境或轉機泰國的個人以及使用邊境通行證進入泰國的外國人。
Any foreign nationals who plan to visit Thailand must complete and submit the TDAC within 3 days prior to the arrival date, including the date of arrival. The form which collects passport information, personal details, travel information (e.g., flight number or vehicle information), Thai accommodation information, and a health declaration, can be filled in English online at https://tdac.immigration.go.th. There is no fee for completing the TDAC. After completion, please download the TDAC.
任何計劃進入泰國的外國公民必須在抵達日期前 3 天內(包括抵達當天)填寫並提交給 TDAC。此表格收集護照資訊、個人資訊、旅遊資訊(例如航班號碼或車輛資訊)、泰國住宿資訊和健康聲明，可在 https://tdac.immigration.go.th 線上用英文填寫。完成 TDAC 無需支付任何費用。完成後請下載TDAC。
Foreigners who haven’t complete the TDAC prior to arrival, and are unable to access the internet at the border, can receive support at designated assistance points within immigration areas. However, this service is intended for exceptional cases only. To ensure a smooth arrival and minimize wait times, all foreigners are strongly advised to complete the TDAC online before travelling.
抵達泰國前未完成 TDAC 且無法在邊境互聯網的外國人可以在移民區內的指定援助點得到協助。然而，此服務僅適用於特殊情況。為確保順利抵達並盡量減少等待時間，強烈建議所有外國人在出發前線上完成 TDAC。
Please be noted that if an alien stays in Thailand longer than 90 days, he/she must notify in writing the nearest Immigration Officer, concerning place of stay, as soon as possible upon expiration of 90 days, and is required to do every 90 days.
請注意，如果外國人在泰國停留超過 90 天，必須在 90 天到期時盡快以書面形式通知最近的移民官員有關停留地點的資訊，並且每 90 天必須這樣做一次。

In addition to the new Digital Arrival Card requirement, travelers should be aware of stricter security measures for carrying liquids, gels, and aerosols (LGAs) in hand luggage. These rules apply to all Thai airports and are in line with international aviation standards.
除了新的數位入境卡要求外，旅客還應注意手提行李中攜帶液體、凝膠和氣溶膠 (LGA) 更嚴格的安全措施。這些規則適用於所有泰國機場，並符合國際航空標準。
Each container of liquid, gel, or aerosol must not exceed 100 milliliters, even though it is only partially full. You can carry multiple small containers, but the total volume must not exceed one liter per passenger. Make sure to pack them in a clear, resealable plastic bag for smooth screening at airport security.
每個裝有液體、凝膠或氣霧劑的容器不得超過 100 毫升，即使容器內只裝有一部分。您可以攜帶多個小型容器，但每位乘客的總容量不得超過一公升。請確保將此裝入透明、可重新密封的塑膠袋，以便在機場安檢時順利進行檢查。
