外國人申請外商營業執照所需文件有

1.) For a Natural Person

對為外國自然人

ü Statement of the person doesn’t fall under the prohibition under Section 16 of Foreign Business Act

未違反《外人商業法》第16條規定的聲明

ü Application form

申請表格

ü Passport or any relevant proof

護照或其他證明文件

ü Household registration transcript, Thai resident certificate, or proof of temporary resident

戶籍謄本、泰國居留證、或短暫居留證明

ü Description of investing items

2.) For a Juristic Person which is not Registered in Thailand

對為國外登記的法人

ü Statement that the applicant, foreign directors, managers, or company representative don’t fall under the prohibition under Section 16 of Foreign Business Act

申請人、外國董事、經理、或公司代表人未違反《外人商業法》第16條規定的聲明

ü Application form

ü Corporate documents which indicate company name, authorized share capital, purpose of incorporation, company address, registers of directors

看出公司名稱、法定資本額、設立目的、公司地址、及董事名冊的公司資料

ü Proof of business representative being appointed by directors

董事推派營業代表的證明文件
