《2019（佛歷2562年）個人資料保護法》（簡稱PDPA）於2019年5月27日公告並於2020年5月27日生效，是泰國第一部針對個人資料保護設立的法案。

Personal Data Protection Act, B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”) was published on May 27, 2019 and effects on May 27, 2020. It’s the first unified data privacy legislation for personal data in Thailand.
