《泰國民商法》193/33 條規定 (5年時效)

The period of prescription is five years for the following claims:

以下索賠的時效為五年：

1. Arrears of interest

欠款。

2. Sums payable for the purpose of paying off the principal by installments.

分期償還本金而應付的款項。

3. Arrears of rent or hire of property except the rent of movables under Section 193/34(6).

除第193/34（6）條規定的動產租金以外的租金或財產租賃欠款。

4. Arrears of salaries, annuities, pensions, allowances for maintenance and all other periodical payments.

薪資、年終獎金、養卹金、生活費和所有其他定期支付的欠款。

外國投資人如在泰國開展外國人公司業務需要申請外商營業執照，可通過三種方式取得執照 1. 從事第二類或第三類活動。或 2. 公司每項業務的最低資本為 1 億泰銖，公司可以在沒有執照的情況下營業，但是公司必須在開業之前通知國外商業部。 3. 公司須向國外商業部委員會提交申請函。

禁止泰國消費貸款協議提供貸方過多利益，包括  貸款人違約時限制或免除責任;  在借款人未違約的情況下，允許貸款人在還款到期日之前追討未償債務或要求還款;  貸款人可以在沒有書面通知的情況終止協議;
