How to Register Trademarks Through Madrid System in Thailand 從泰國申請馬德里商標

Thailand has become a member of Madrid Protocol since November 7, 2017.[1]

泰國在2017年11月7日成為《馬德里議定書》的成員。

After the Thailand trademark is filed, the applicant needs to submit international application through Department of Intellectual Property (“DIP”), which will certify and forward it to WIPO.

申請人向「泰國商務部智慧財產局」(簡稱“DIP”)提出泰國商標申請並申請馬德里國際註冊，DIP會確認案件內容並轉發給WIPO。
