Amendment of Thai Civil and Commercial Code 泰國民商法修訂案

Details regarding the amendment to the Civil & Commercial Code are as follows:

本次修法重點如下：

Registration of incorporation or amendments of a partnerships and private company:

Documents submitted for registration can be submitted at any approved Department of Business Development (“DBD”) registration office, regardless of location of the partnerships or private company. In addition, a company’s memorandum of association will be expired if a company hasn’t been incorporated within 3 years after registration.

註冊或更新合夥公司及私人公司資料:

公司資料可提交至任何泰國事業開發部許可的註冊處，不一定要去公司註冊地附件的註冊處辦理。另外，如公司在登記三年內尚未成立，章程會視為無效。
