外資如何設立泰國公司-泰國外商營業執照介紹

泰國政府於1999年頒布《外人商業法》（Foreign Business Act），如外商打算經營的業務為該法規定第二類（Business Permitted to Foreigners under Conditions）及第三類（Business Not Yet Permitted to Foreigners）的行業，需向「泰國商業部」（Ministry of Commerce）申請外商營業執照（Foreign Business License）才能合法營運。

另外，取得外商營業執照（Foreign Business License）的公司可由外資100%持股，並無規定需有泰國籍的董事。
