When you decide to take legal action in Thailand, it’s important to know which court will handle your case. In Thailand, the courts of justice are classified into three levels, namely, First Instance courts, Appeal Court and Supreme Court. In addition, First instance courts are categories as general courts, juvenile and family courts, and specialized courts.
