1. ทะเบียนบ้านของผู้ตาย และทะเบียนบ้านของผู้ร้องขอเป็นผู้จัดการมรดก กรณีผู้ร้องขอฯ อยู่คนละบ้านกับผู้ตาย
(House registration of the deceased and the requestor, in case that the requestor residing in a different place)
（如死者與申請人沒住在一起，須提供雙方的的戶籍登記）
2. ใบมรณบัตรของผู้ตาย (Certificate of Death of the deceased) （死者的死亡證明）
3. ใบมรณบัตรของบิดามารดา กรณีบิดามารดาของผู้ตาย (เจ้ามรดก) ถึงแก่ความตายก่อนแล้ว
(Certificate of Death of his/her parents, in case that his/her parents (de cujus) die before her/him)（如申請人的父母（立遺囑人）已過世，須提供父母的死亡證明）
4. ทะเบียนสมรสของสามีหรือภริยาของผู้ตาย (Certificate of Marriage of the deceased husband or wife)（死者配偶的結婚證書）
5. ทะเบียนสมรสพร้อมด้วยทะเบียนการหย่าของภริยาของผู้ตาย (Certificate of Marriage and Certificate of Divorce of the deceased wife) （死者太太的結婚及離婚證書）
6. ใบสำคัญการเปลี่ยนชื่อตัว ชื่อสกุล ของทายาทและผู้มีส่วนได้เสียในทรัพย์มรดกของผู้ตาย
(Certificate of name or surname change of the heirs and the beneficiaries in the Inheritance of the deceased)（繼承人及受益人姓名更改紀錄證明）
7. สูติบัตรของบุตรของผู้ตาย กรณีบุตรยังไม่บรรลุนิติภาวะหรือไม่สามารถให้ความยินยอมได้
(Birth Certificate of the deceased child, in case that the child is not become legally of age or unable to give consent) （如死者的子女未到法定年齡、或無法表示同意，須提供其出生證明）
8. หนังสือเดินทางหรือ บัตรประจาตัวประชาชน ของผู้ร้องขอฯ ( Copy of Passport or ID Card of the requestor) （申請人的護照或身分證影本）
9. พินัยกรรมของผู้ตาย (The will of the deceased if any) （死者的遺囑，如有的話）
10. หนังสือให้ความยินยอมในการร้องขอจัดการมรดกและบัญชีเครือญาติ
(Letter of consent for requesting to manage inheritance and Family Tree) （請求管理遺產及家譜的同意書）
11. เอกสารเกี่ยวกับทรัพย์มรดกของผู้ตาย เช่น โฉนดที่ดิน และสัญญาจำนอง ทะเบียนรถจักรยานยนต์ ทะเบียนรถยนต์ อาวุธปืน สมุดบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคาร ใบหุ้น และอื่นๆ เป็นต้น (Documents relating to the estate of the deceased, such as title deeds and mortgage contracts, motorcycle registration, vehicle registration, firearms, bank accounts, share certificates, etc.)
（與死者遺產有關的文件，例如房契、抵押契約，機車行車執照，車輛行車執照，槍支登記，銀行帳戶，股票等。）
12. หนังสือเดินทาง หรือ บัตรประจำตัวประชาชน และทะเบียนบ้านของผู้ให้ความยินยอมทุกคน (Copy of Passport or ID Card and House registration of everyone who gives consent)
（全部同意人的護照或身分證影本、以及戶籍登記）
13. คำสั่งตั้งผู้จัดการมรดก ในกรณีที่เคยยื่นคำร้องขอตั้งผู้จัดการมรดกแล้ว แต่ผู้จัดการมรดกถึงแก่ความตาย
(The court order to appoint the executor, In the case has been submitted the request to be the executor, but the executor passed away)
（如遺囑執行人在提交登記申請後過世，法院會指派新的遺囑執行人）

– จัดเตรียมเอกสารทุกรายการพร้อมรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง
- กรณีผู้ร้องลงชื่อไม่ได้ จึงพิมพ์ลายนิ้วมือแทน ให้มีพยานลงชื่อรับรองอย่างน้อยสองคน

- Prepare all documents in the list and sign
- In case that the requestor cannot sign the name. Therefore, fingerprint instead (at least two witnesses)
