Draft of Life and Non-Life Insurance Acts is passed in Thailand 生命及非生命保險草案已在泰國通過

Thailand’s cabinet approved draft amendments to Life Insurance Act B.E. 2535 (1992) and Non-Life Insurance Act B.E. 2535 (1992) at the end of 2019.

泰國內閣已於去年下旬通過1992年（佛曆2353年）生命保險法以及非生命保險法修改草案。

Following are key changes以下為修法重點:

1. Strengthen and enhance the operational and financial stability of insurance companies.

強化和提升保險公司經營和財務的穩定性。

2. Revise the formalities business transfer of insurance companies: The transferee of an insurance business is required to notify the insured of the right of objection.

修改保險公司業務移轉程序：保險業務的受讓人必須告知被保險人享有異議的權利。
